Get real-time prescription order updates via text message

You can now get important updates about your prescription orders, benefits, and account sent straight to your phone or other mobile device.1 Just log in and update your communication preferences in your account settings. You can also easily update your preferred communication method using our mobile app.

If you don’t already have an online account, you’ll need to create one first. You can opt in to text messages during the registration process.

Text alerts include:

  • Order updates such as when a medication ships or if it’s delayed for any reason
  • Reminders when it’s to time to refill or renew a prescription
  • Outstanding balances in your account and any issues with payments

You can also refill prescriptions and verify information via a simple text reply without having to log in to your account. Just follow the prompts when you receive a text.

Remember, you can opt out of text messaging at any time.

Make sure you’re set up to receive personal information via text too

While you’re updating your preferred communication method, you can also check your data privacy and permissions. You have control over when you’ll see personal information, such as full medication names and shipping addresses, in communications. We suggest updating your permissions to show information in texts, so there’s never any confusion when we reach out to you.
